WHAT can be returned?
Faulty and damaged goods, delivery shortages, and supply of incorrect goods. Please ensure you consider your purchase carefully as incorrectly purchasing the wrong product or a product deemed not fit for your purpose may not lead to an automatic refund.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
To return stock, the purchaser must advise us within 7 days from the date of invoice.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Stock to be returned to PERTH MEGAPLAS at 11/28 Salpietro St, Bibra Lake WA 6163.
HOW do customers return items?
Damaged/Faulty Products
Please take photos of the damaged/faulty goods and email them to sales@perthmegaplas.com.au with your invoice number. We will then assist with the return of goods, and supply replacement items or issue a full refund. Any further costs associated with return of goods or resupply will be covered by PERTH MEGAPLAS.
Incorrect Selection and Change of Mind
Photos of the stock, reason for return and details of the order (including but not limited to the invoice number and date) are to be emailed to sales@perthmegaplas.com.au to begin the returns process. The product must be undamaged, unopened and in re-sellable condition. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If we do choose to issue a refund and once our team is satisfied that the items have been returned in a satisfactory condition, customer service will then assist with supply of replacement product or issue a refund if applicable (minus restocking fee of 20%).
SHIPPING for returns?
Where stock is to be returned, PERTH MEGAPLAS will not cover the cost to return items or refund for any delivery fees.
Packing materials?
Items need to be in original packaging for returns otherwise returns will not be accepted.
